As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the pleasure of capturing countless beautiful moments of love and commitment. However, there is truly something special about photographing a wedding in the Adirondacks. Notably, the stunning natural beauty of the region provides the perfect backdrop for a celebration of love. This Hotel Saranac wedding was no exception.
We started the day at the Franklin Manor in Saranac Lake, where the bride and groom and their respective parties prepared for the ceremony. The excitement and anticipation were palpable as everyone got ready for the big day.
The wedding ceremony took place at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Lake Placid, a stunning setting that complemented the beauty of the Adirondacks. As Gina and Isaac exchanged their vows, it was clear that they were deeply in love and committed to each other for life.
After the ceremony, we headed to Mirror Lake in Lake Placid and Baker Chapel at the Trudeau Sanitorium for the couple’s portraits. I felt thrilled to capture their joy and love for each other in every shot, as the picturesque locations we chose served as the perfect backdrop for their love story.
The location for the couple’s portraits held a special significance as Gina’s parents had tied the knot at the same Baker Chapel. It was a heartwarming detail that made the day even more meaningful for the couple. It was a touching reminder that love has a way of coming full circle, especially in a place as magical as the Adirondacks.
The newlyweds and their guests gathered at the iconic Hotel Saranac in Saranac Lake for the reception. The venue provided a picturesque setting for the celebration of love and commitment, with its elegant architecture and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The night was filled with laughter, dancing, and joy, as friends and family came together to celebrate the newlyweds. It was truly a night to remember, and I feel grateful to have been a part of it.
The couple and their loved ones will cherish the day for years to come, as it was filled with an abundance of love, laughter, and joy that made it a truly unforgettable Hotel Saranac Wedding. I feel grateful to have been a part of Gina and Isaac’s special day and to have captured the moments that they will cherish for a lifetime. The Adirondacks provided a truly awe-inspiring backdrop for their love story, and I look forward to photographing many more weddings Hotel Saranac and the rest of this beautiful region.
